If anyone else asks this or a similar question - please please please state your age or an age group like 20 -30 or something as that makes a huge difference in how this should and could be answered. Under 18 should just say under 18 and that answer is really very very different from what I will say here. 5 inch red spike heels with a little black dress - hair up - small earrings, and a plain necklace. Oh - and a little padding in the bra if necessary. Then just one strut by him and you will know the answer quickly.

Well first off, just because he is hot doesn't mean a dang thing. He could be the hottest guy around and still be the biggest jerk. Maybe he does notice you. You never know, he might really think the same about you. You just gotta talk to him and ask him things. So really, just keep your thoughts optimistic and just have a talk with him. Good luck!

If he's hot that doesn't mean anything, he's not noticing you now then he probably doesn't like or care about you deal with it. Move on to someone who deserves you and that will love you no matter what because right now honestly you're wasting your time. Any trick that you use to get him to notice you now you'll have to keep it up or he'll start ignoring you again.

seriously. go up and say "hey, my name is ____ . What's yours?" if you happen to know what he's interested in, just bring that up.
if you're in high school and he's in extra-curricular activities, ask him about those [[ie: "you swim, right? how was the meet?"]]
if not well i'm sure you can come up with something to say.
whatever you do, be yourself from the get-go.
ALSO: don't obsess over him- especially since you don't even know him really yet- for all you know he's a jerk.
