ok here are the details
my dad owns a limo company and he said i could use 1 and go to da movies with a few friends
the guys i invited all got dates
there is this really beautiful girl in my class and i want2 ask her out
but it is hard 2 even have a nice conversation with her and i wanna ask her out.
look i really like this girl and i wanna just ask her out 2 da movies.
nothin serious just friendly but when i look in her eyes i get this really strange feelin in my gut and i just walk away.
what should i do?

start by saying hi...and progress from then on...of coarse you're going to be nervous as heck...but what have you got to lose? you only lose when you don't take the chance

Go right up to her and be open and honest* Say "do you want to come to the movies in my dads limo?" don't be Shy* You have nothing to lose....the worse thing she'll say is "no thanks"........but i'm sure she'll be so happy you asked her out~ The feeling you're getting in your gut is Nerves* Overcome them...stand up for yourself.....and just ask her ~* (or get her msn and chat with her online and ask her then.....sometimes it's easier than face to face* or slip a note in her locker asking her if sshe wants to get to gether to see a show*~ goodluck*

Approach her about something casual first, like ask her about the assignment, aske her what she has planned for the weekend, etc. Then once your talking, just casually say "hey, me n my friends are getting a limo to go to the movies, wanna come"?

Sounds like you two have something in common,so start there.You may take the indirect way you ask your friend to ask his girl friend to talk to her,and tell her the truth ,you are shy,and you want to ask her out .,You can give her a note in a envelope but make it short-put your phone number and ask her to call you.about a date,if she is shy she may not want to go with all your friends,try to put yourself in her place.( you may not be as shy on the phone-her too) remember relax-make her relax-remember you both are shy..-----And if it works out don't be a big mouth or big shot-----feeling you don't mess with--good luck

well if she is shy she will apreciate you asking her, so go over to her one day and tell her that you were thinking of going to the movies and then ask if she would like to go with you
