neither i think that all of the Iron Chefs are each unique in their own way even the older Chinese versions of the Iron Chefs

I would hate to get some of those "sea creatures" I've never tasted or even seen before...I'm amazed how these chefs can come up with such a variety of dishes...in a short time..I'd be stuck on my first one! I think "octopus" would be my least favorite...I'd not enjoy all those legs to mess with !

i saw a recipe for "Trio of chilled Beaver Tail" made from real beaver Tail. How nasty is that?
