It may mean that she is confused about who she likes. People have many relationships before they settle down to one at the end. She may want to experience other people because she feels your relationship is getting serious or she may want to make out with you but can’t come to terms with the feelings. If she dated the other boy for a long time she may feel comfortable with him, I’m not saying really wanting him but comfortable with him and using that image when she really wants you. Or it may simply indicate that she still has feelings for this other guy but don't worry, if there is something to worry about she would not have told you the dream.♪
