your cat is in heat, mon......wait until the fuss is over and take her immediately to the vets for a spay job, please
....this will end the weird noises and marking of her territory...
dont let her out--she will get preggers and then you will have a lot of kitties.........
and if not in heat--then she has a urinary tract infection---you might want to call the vet to verify and keep her inside for a few weeks. heat lasts 2 weeks.....

Do you leave a lot? If you leave for long periods of time, it may become angry and pee on the carpet. May be a nice cat to go with it may help. Your cat may need some company. Either try to pay more attention to your cat or get him a friend to play with. Good luck.

Have you done something new lately to piss your cat off . Most animals rebel against there owners if there has been a change to there living conditions.Has any other animals been in the house with them. A es they will pee were others have been

my cat has the same problem.we stopped it from doing that.every time it pies somewhere other then the litter box make him smell it and lock in a room for a hour with no food or water.
