By buying groceries and arranging them in the refrigerator. I have a family of 8 and my mom goes food shopping once a week. We have enough room to stock the necessities....milk, cheese, eggs, etc. And other goodies, cookies, soda, dressings, etc. Plus every week, you'll use some things up. GOOD LUCK!
