you could know what everyone was thinking/doing at a particular time (hypothetically) but you still can't perfectly predict an outcome unless you have complete view over time.

besides, even if you observed a person every year of their life, you still couldn't know exactly what they will do a month from now, as minds are inconstant.

seriously, only God knows the future. everything else is either a hoax, coincidence, or series of planned events. But they are all still inaccurate.

i think you could because no mater what path a person takes it was meant to be....even if someone thinks they are going to change the future by taking a path they think will change it, that is the path the future intend for that person because they were going to take that path anyway.
