Sorry to point this out and be all serious, but the point of food is that it gives you sustenance, which kind of involves calories. Hence ballerinas eating tissue is never a good thing.
Now to be a bit more helpful. Fibre tablets make you feel full. You can buy them in a big bottle. Take them with a large glass of water. Spinach is also fantastic. Buy a tin and eat the whole thing with your dinner - it's only thirty-odd calories, really good for you, and bulky enough to fill a gap.
Hope this helps:)

No such thing. Food without calories would not be food at all. It might be a drug or an inert substance, but food needs calories to be food. Try looking for foods that are less dense in calories. For instance, it's more satisfying to sit down and have a big bowl of soup than to pop a little piece of candy in your mouth- even if the calories are the same! Less dense food lets you eat more and satisfies hunger better.

There isn't any food without calories, or it won't be food. There are some negative calorie foods though. Celery, apples, and grapefruit all take more for your body to digest than the amout of calories they contain.

Celery is in essence a negative calorie food. It takes more calories to eat than you get from eating it.
Snopes lists this as true, they are the "Urban Legend Busters" of the computer world.

Those who say celery are right; chewing raw celery uses more calories to chew than it supplies - did I really need to add the word "raw"?
