if you dont really like him tell him that you would rather just be friends because the time isnt right. But if you do like him his personallity and everything i think you should say yes but dont feel sorry for him if you dont like him would you like it if someone went out with you just cuz they felt sorry i mean its really up to u

WE need more information. Are you old enough to date? Do you like this guy? I you are allowed to date and you like him I don't see any problem say "Yes" If you don't like him say "No."

i bet he's a nice guy, give him a chance. if you didn't say no right off of the bat, there's obviously something you like about him.
