Overdue car payments (3) & lender requires I pay by 31st of the month or the loan will be in default and the total amount will be due. I have the money to pay it in full but on the FIRST of the month when my check comes in. They insisted it had to be in by the 31st. Is this right?

If that is what they have set as the due date that you can make the payment in full, taking into account your contract details etc. then that is the due date.
Options, 1/ ask your employer if they can pay you early this one time, pay in advance?
2/ Family member or friend able to give you a 24 hour loan?
or,
3/ I am not a believer in short loan lenders however, for 24 hours and the saving of grief and to keep your credit rating it is worth looking into.
When we miss payments to credit providers we have breached the contractual agreement and so it is up to them and their 'goodwill' as to how we obtain assistance. It sounds like to me that they have an end of month audit/accountancy of monies received and this can not be altered as it is an organisational committment.
I know to us it looks like a simple commonsense situation only involving one day. To them it is money not received.
My daughter works in a company where she has 'end of month' book balancing and it has to be done no matter what. I don't even ring her during this time as she is a little 'cranky' around end of month balancing the books.
Good luck and I guess this is one of those 'hard life lessons' to be learnt.

you should have insisted on the identify once you purchased. She ought to were positioned down as lienholder. then you genuinely are turning out to be the tag. Your new identify, on your call ought to were despatched to her which, ninety 9.9% of people ought to insist on getting their identify with the lien released in the previous making the previous price. Why you didnt is a query you should ask your self. the supplier has all of your money and no motivation to get you your identify. and also you enable her do it to you. -------------------maximum recent reaction.... If the automobiles already paid off, then only save bugging her about it. The squeaky wheel receives the grease. once you've a bill of sale and cant get her to cooperate, I DO imagine you may stand a threat in small claims court. on the least it ought to inspire her to get your identify to be achieved with you. interior the period in-between, ask your DMV what would properly be achieved so a concepts as a tag. You own the motor vehicle legally. you only cant get the identify yet and it would properly be weeks from the time she signs and indicators it and the broking sends it in in the previous she receives it lower back, then although lengthy in the previous you get it from her. In my state, you'll get dissimilar 10 day tags yet you should bypass in loads of times and pay some funds for each.

I'm surprised that it has not been repo-d yet. Try to get some friends or family to help. Can you have them do an electronic check and post date it for the 1rst? I've done that before.

It's their money they can make the rules. Try and talk to the manager and see if maybe they can work with you rather then turn it over to a collection agency.
