Ok, I'm 16 and have never had a girlfriend. I used to go to the school dances but I could barely ever get a girl to dance with me, let alone get her phone number.
Last year I liked this girl, I mean REALLY liked and I still have feelings for her. Her boyfriend is one of my friends but it looks like they are going to break up. But the thing is that she defiently likes one of my friends much more than me.
There is this other girl who is pretty, funny, and very likeable but she hangs out with the jocks. I think she is going out with one of them.
I live in a small town and all the girls either hang out with the preppy guys or jocks, or are kind of hicks. I'm neither.
I need some help. Anybody got any ideas?

When ever you are with a crowd just talk to her and pay attention to her laugh at her jokes and complement her when she looks pretty.
If you act to desprete like only talking to her she won like you! always be your self but someimtes you need to get up enough courage to talk to the girl
after getting to kno her better ask if she wants to do something she loves she will appreciate that you want to do things she likes

Try joining a club/an association outside your local area so that you can meet new people.
