hi my spayed kittie is still sleeping which is good from 11-6 i came in but she didnt move but let me pet her i looked up this word and its used as a suppliment in horses but is safe for cats but is it a painkiller?

Don't use anything on your kitten that is made for another species. Feline and equine are on two totally different worlds, not to mention the difference in size.
Call your vet about pain killers for your cat.

I'm not sure if this supplement is safe for cats, but I can tell you that it is not a pain-killer. It's a blood builder - it promotes blood flow with iron supplements. If you're looking for pain management for you cat, there aren't really safe over-the-counter products like there are for dogs. Your best bet is to keep her quiet and head to your vet's office tomorrow morning for an NSAID, like Metacam.
