U should sign a paper that's called OPT OUT or something like that.. They cannot send u any material for at least 2 years.. If they do, they can get in trouble with the gaming commission. Talk to a supervisor or directly to the gaming comm.. u will have had to sign a form to opt out though

The real secret to stopping gambling (not just quitting it) can be found in changing your perception towards it so that you think like the 9/10 people who do not have a gambling problem as oppossed to the 1/10 people who do.
For starters check out the website www.stop-gambling.com at this site you can get lots of valuable information on how to stop gambling including downloading Step 1 of "Shawn and Drews 21 Steps to STOP Gambling Workbooks and System" for no charge.
By fixing your perception towards gambling, luring offers of casinos and opprtunities of chance outcome will not appeal to you in the same way.
Signing yourself off gambling is a great start, but understanding yourself and the way your addictive thinking process works within you is a valuable and worthwhile exercise to put yourself through! - Then you are back in control.
All the best,
Shawn

To deduct gambling losses you must keep a written diary of all gambling activity for the entire year. That diary must include the date and time, name of the casino, machine number or table name or number, amounts wagered and win or loss at the end of the gambling session. To the extent possible it must be accompanied by receipts that substantiate the amounts claimed. ATM receipts can assist here but on their own are not proof of anything other than a withdrawal from your account. You could have spent the money on anything. You use your diary and receipts to calculate your winnings for the year and any gambling losses. You must claim all winnings, not those just documented on Form W-2G. Gambling losses are a miscellaneous itemized deduction and are limited to the amount of gambling winnings claimed on Form 1040, line 21, Other Income. A gambling loss deduction is a virtually automatic audit. Without your detained diary of all gambling activity, your deduction will be denied as a matter of routine.

If you think you`v got a problem with gambling. A simple trip to the hypnotist should sort it. I saw a documentary about a guy who had a real problem with slot machines he had one session after trying everything! I know it sounds simple it is , But so called experts would have you believe that people with gambling problems need all sorts of rehab and counseling fact is i`v seen it. Hypnosis works! They can tempt you as much as they like but you will be cured

Contact their customer service department and actually speak with someone who can do this for you. Tell them that if they don't stop sending you stuff, that you'll report them to the gaming commission.

You can usually stop this by going to the courtesy counter and requesting a "no-mail" option under your card or member #.
