He probably forgot. Most men do. Hint around to him that he forgot and maybe he'll make up for it. Unless you want to confront him about it. See why he forgot.

Dont get rid of him if that is the only reason. he probably just forgot about it and if you havent been together that long then he probably didnt even think about it cuz it isnt serious yet. if you birthday wuz jus a lil bit ago like yesterday then if he calls or you call him then ask him wut he did yesterday or wut ever day wuz ur birthday and if he asks wut you did jus tell him u celebrated your birthday but didnt get much or something like that. make him kinda feel bad for forgeting but not too much that he thinks he is an a**. guyz are dumb sometimes and dont think about things that much. give him some slack love!!!
