Say the 27th January.

The thing that people aren't telling you is why are we in the 21'st and not the obvious answer since we are in the year 2000's. Well, the simple explanation is that in the beginning the "first" century was the "0" century so that by the second century, IE. The year 100, that was the first century. in other words we count the centuries as they pass not as present. So as an example on my 20'th birthday I would be considered to be into my 21'st year. Make sense? that's why we say we are in the 21'st century? Great question!!!
