I just bought a new line 6 lowdown 150 watt bass amp...And every time i turn the master voulme up 3/4 of the way it makes this really loud vibration and gets louder and louder every second i dont have my figner on the A string, and when i put my finger on the A string it stops suddently, when i take it off it starts..anyone know why it makes this sound and how i can fix it?

Welcome to the world of high power. Your guitar is creating feedback. Move away from the amp and it should go away.

Have your guitar's grounding(earth for you from over the big pond) checked out. It could be that or a bad spot in the pick-up, which is even worse to have fixed than you think!
