First of all, no it is not wrong. It is no more wrong than two people of different races dating. There is obviously a conflict of beliefs... According to the bible, it says not to be "unequally yoked". If you are simply exploring the possibilities then it is important to recognize your spiritual beliefs are different. Focus on your similarities.... learn from your differences. It is likely that she may have to yield to what her father says, if they are traditional... this might mean that you'll have to settle for a friendship. Befriending her could be an opportunity to teach her about Christianity and you learning about what it is to be Muslim. Unless marriage and children are a factor... your religious beliefs aren't as huge of a problem as you may think.

No matter what the difference in religion is, unless one of you is willing to convert, it won't work. I mean, if you both promise to never speak about your religions it might. This is one of those things that you will think isn't a big deal until you two are married and have children and are fighting over which church to attend as a family, which religion to raise your children as, which one they'll be baptized at, etc. Even though it's just dating you don't want to cause a potential heartbreak down the road when you finally realize that it's not going to work. Break it off now if you still want to remain friends. Don't hurt a girl if you know in your heart it won't work out.

i don't think that it is wrong. if you two like each other than i don't think that religion should bother you two. i have seen marriages and couples of mixed religions and they have worked out just fine. the only problem that i see is the father you are going to have to try really hard to win him over since the dad is a traditional Muslim man. good luck. =)

if you guys like each other then it really shouldn't matter what religion the two of you are. you both will learn that you have differences but part of a relationship is learning how to accept the differences in other people, especially those that you like.

scripturally you are supposed to be evenly yoked, this would make you unevenly yoked. there's an unbalance
