There are 2 different answers here. 1. What do guys look for to sleep with and 2. What do guys look for to take home to meet mom and have a long term relationship with.
Personally, I look for brains first. I could not be in a relationship with a moronic woman, no matter how rich or hot she was. Jessica Simpson, for instance. Great to want to sleep with, very hot, but not much in the brains department, therefore, would not want to date her long-term.
Next, we have to click well together - I probably can not describe this well in writing, but it is just something I know. I try hard, for instance to keep drama crap out of my life, if a chick just has to have drama, everything is a big deal and OMG what am I gonna do, my life is over - she has to go. SOrry, hot or not, she has to go. That is what I mean by click well together, kind of the same priorities, wants etc.
Honesty, Integrity, ability to communicate, etc are all important also, but obviously the relationship will never get to this point if there is not some amount of attraction between she and I. I have dated all kinds, shapes, figures, with different attributes. Of course, superficially, I could say big boobs, nice butt, small waist...I don't like blonds, so dark hair with green eyes - but I have dated all kinds. I was lucky enough to find my wife - who is dark hair, green eyed, small waist, wonderful rear...but not much in the boob department - Should that have been a disqualifier? Probably not so much. Plus she is smart, funny, and our personalities match up well together.
What do guys look for in a girl? Happiness.

I look both personality and looks. I look for a girl with a nice personality, even though she might not be too smart. Besides, I do not like nerdy girls. She can be funny and she has to be someone I can spend my time with. She just has to look normal, or not too ugly. Those flirty girls are the ones who will just take guys money away after having sex.

Well, a guy is looking instead of appearing in a girl is common sense and a head on her shoulders. He is as well looking on behalf of a courteous girl and a girl that does not give it to him. Play hard to get as well as show compassion also!!!

It all depends on what the guy is looking for. if it's just sex than it's probably not much but if it's someone he wants to have kids with than it's stuff like personality and looks. people want good looking kids just in case they turn out dumber than dirt.then they can get by on their looks.

Honesty. Tell us how you really feel and what you really want. Stroke our ego so we know you care. Don't get angry when we want to be by ourselves, it's not about being away from you, we need to feel free from time to time.DO NOT ACT JEALOUS, it seems like you have no self worth and this is a large turn-off. Be feminine and sweet: contrary to much POP-culture, guys do not like aggressive, mouthy girls. Beauty is secondary to these traits in women.

Honesty, sweet, nice, cute, "real" and natural body. Loyalty, friendly, the kind to show off to Mom someday down the road. She doesn't have to be perfect cause there's no such "perfect woman"
