quran says:
(That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-

We may not have been there to witness it, but we have 2 people who saw it and 2 others who wrote about it from personal interviews.

Yes, Jesus was killed. When people were crucified it was the job of a Roman soldier to insure death. If they failed to check and the accused lived then they themselves would be put to death.

The soldier would thrust a spear into the side piercing the heart to insure death.

No doubt about it, he died. With all due respect to the Quran; it is wrong according to history and Christians.

First of all, Christ was crucified on the cross for the sins of His people (born again Christians), which was according to the will of His Father in heaven. Secondly, DO NOT believe what you read in the Koran. It is NOT the Holy Bible and therefore, it does NOT speak the truth about Christ's death on the cross! The Koran is not the inspired word of God, but a man-made doctrine written by a mere man who was NOT inspired by the Holy Spirit as were the holy men of God that wrote the bible.

You need to get out of the Quan and read the bible. Jesus died for our sins and was not a prophet of Allah. Jesus is very much alive.

Well I am Christian and my beleif is that he was killed by being nailed to the cross (the center one to be exact)(there were two other men being killed at the same time for different reasons like stealing or something)

Since we weren't there to witness it, we don't know from personal experience, but I can tell you that I believe he died. He was resurrected on the 3rd day, to take the curse of everlasting death away from us. That's what I believe. I'm not saying that someone who believes something different is wrong, that's just my personal belief.

Who cares what Muhammad wrote in his fantasy novel the Koran.
the Brits put on a drama showing Bush being assassinated a few weeks ago, did it make that event real?
Besides we cannot prove that Jesus Christ even lived, let alone died.
Maybe he should have done some accurate research before writing his best seller.

No Jesus layed his life down, he volunteered it up as a sacrifice. Luke23: 46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
Mark 15: 36And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down.
37And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.
38And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.

That's good and all, but the book that came many hundreds of years before says something otherwise.

I will not argue with you, one way or the other. I was once a Christian, and was told he did. I study Islam, and like the belief that he was not. There is much I like in Islam, over Christianity.

But, I am a Jew---so it really doesn't matter to me, one way or the other.
