I'll show you where he DID LIE.
After the (so-called) cruci-fiction, Mary of Magdalene saw him and he said to her;
"Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: BUT (but what?) go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God."
Refer to John 20:17. This is an outright LIE.
So to answer your question truthfully and by using reference from the bible, YES HE DID LIE.

You need to go back and read these scriptures again. You are clearly misinterpreting them... If a man has faith as a grain of mustard seed...He can say to that mountain... and there will be these men again but to say any man can move a mountain without faith and not according to the will of God is just simply wrong. He also said that a corrupt generations eeks a sign and the only sign they will recieve is the sign of Jonah...This is the sign of the resurrection where Jesus was in the earth 3 days...Christ himself operated within the will of the Father in heaven

no Jesus never lied. and some things are metaphorical, cuz I doubt God would want a mountain thrown into the sea, which would cause a tsunami, which would kill people....
a "mountain" represents an obstacle or barrier. basically that passage says that if God's got you're back, do you really think there's stuff He can't get you through?
remember, not everything in the world is to be taken at face value.

He simply meant that all things are possible through God. That if it is a want for a good reason, (a good reason being brining glory to God) You can pray for the strength, ability, man power, etc. in Gods name for God, and it will be done. It’s another faith thing, and while you do not have faith, you cannot ask for Gods will to be done...
I do pray for the non-believers all the time...I hope that they find faith, and come to have the relationship I do with God, not for disregard to their own beliefs, or a superiority thing, but because I want everyone to feel as loved and safe as I do, and for them to not fear death, and be secure in the knowledge of where they are going when they die. You may say that I am crazy and if you choose not to believe in God, I cannot say I will understand but I will have to be okay with that, you can't blame me for wanting to help lead people to God.
God, really doesn't care who he can make converts, he already has given everyone the choice to convert (believe) or not convert (not believe) so God has put the ball in your court, he doesn't want you if you don't want Him!

Jesus is no one's personal genie and neither is God. It would be a misuse of divine power to do that. Jesus was using illustrations to describe what faith can do. You cannot convert someone simply by wishing or praying for it either. Conversion takes place by a change of heart and from within a person.

well i am a muslim, i dont know much about the bible but i can try to answer best on what your question is asking for. well we believe jesus is a prophet and therefor can never lie, if he lied i dont think he would ever have so many people as believing him as to be the son of god or the prophet, i think u can agree with me on that? second bible saying that u can ask for anything and recieve it don't make much sense to me.. if that was the case we would all be sitting home having castles and ferraries not ever having to work lol. what is more logical and wiser statement would be that you can ask God in prayers for something as always. but be sure that it won't always mean that God will give you it. is it possible for God to crumble a mountain?? sure Allah (God) says it to be and it is. an example for that is: birth of iesa (jesus) Allah (God) said it to be and it was and Allah says that for Allah( God ) it is no problem doing. Allah created one Jesus Allah can create thousand others. The decision to grant what your asking from God in your prayers lays upon God and God's infinite wise decisions. You are not always going to get what you ask for. in fact sometimes not even at all lol. To help you better in that. I would suggest to always keep in mind that whatever u ask for in life from God. If Goddoesn't give you is for the better of you.God knows whether it is best to grant you what your asking for or not. :) I hope I was helpful bro. peace

I guess you didnt read or understand much, he says if you have as little faith in him as a mustard seed these things can be done, you odviously dont believe therfore no mountains moved for you!God doesnt need to convert you are or you arnt, he wants us all to be but you cant make everyone, and those who wont or dont wont get in. furthermoreyou can pray for anything , but that doesnt mean that it is Gods will for you to have it. Things happen in his time not our. Sometimes the best things in life are so called "unanswered prayers"

Your question started out pretty decent, with what seemed like a little knowledge... and then you posted
"Simply pray for me to be converted to Christianity right away."
You have no understanding of even the smallest lessons in the bible... why try to explain the bigger ones?

First of all, no where in the Bible does it say anything like what you said. When you pray and ask for things, ask for things that are within reason, like strength to be a good person and to remove ignorance. Jesus is totally sin free, never lied. We however are full of character defects.

Your words show where your logic is astray: "a believer CAN ask for anything through prayer and receive it".
There is no guarantee that God will answer your prayer as you are wishing it to be answered. Remember: Thy Will O Lord, not mine".
God is the answerer of prayer but isn't necessarily going to fulfill your wish in the answer.
