I wish tequila but I have only seen it on Mexicana and Aeromexico... normally you will get vodka, rum, whiskey, red wine and white wine, the brands will depend on which airline.

Beer.
Generic red and white wine.
Tequila, vodka, scotch and rye whiskies. All these are common.
On European airlines you will also find gin, brandy and cognac.
Some airlines provide liquers, like Bailey's Irish Creme or Grand Marnier.

I only fly first class so I can have whatever I choose for free. You are a chump and will have to pay for your booze.
