i guess as long as the packaging says non toxic but that doesn't mean it will make good tattoo ink.

You're not talking about ink thats in a pen, I hope. No, they are not good for your skin. What are you trying to do, poison yourself?

you need to use actual tattoo ink...do not use a pen....
