My hope would be that you would not view the show as the end all and be all of turning things around.

If you are depressed, you should or are hopefully receiving some kind of counselling and/or medication help. You don't have to be depressed! Talk to your doctor or reach out to your local mental health centre.

Do you mean you want to change your attire?

If so then i would recommend looking at magazines and generally scoping around the fashion outlets and sometimes if you are unsure you could always go to a good store and ask for advice....its always upto you at the end of the day because its whether the comfort and style suits you....however if you dont feel confident, it helps to take one or two good friends along to help and advise you :)

Depression can be so debilitating, i hope u dont mind if i suggest a coupla things?

1) improve your diet
2)eat just enough and at the right times
3)force yourself to wake up early and go for brisk walks and do some exercise if you feel you can....(nothing too strenuous tho)
3)communicate your feelings (highs and lows) whether its through friends and talking or your paper and pen....just get it out of your system.....
4)maintain hobbies
5)try relaxation methods such as yoga/relaxation music etc...
