Clearly the jogging and is it not surprising that the one here that said smoking is the rudest one here as well...should have known that one. There is nothing about throwing your health, money and life away by making tobacco companies richer! Smoking makes everything you have smell and is a big drain on a already over taxed health care system while running might even help keep health costs down.

Which one do you have a better chance of actually talking to...obviously not the jogger...so I'd take the smoker due to location.
