On my upper arm and chest I have these little bumps, kinda like not fully formed acne, but it's been there for a few years. What are these and can I get them to go away?

They are very small and red.

It sounds like keratosis pilaris, look it up on the internet and see if that's what it looks like.

Could be any number of things - dry skin? Rash/allergy?
Go see a dermatologist if you are concerned.

dryness in the skin use a lots of lotion my sis has the same problem

what do they look like?
big or little?
red or white or black?
