last week i got accident with my brother car , the damage they say is 3000 dollar
the first problem i have is my brother scared me that his insurance go up until 1000 dollar month < can anybody help me if is true >
another problems i got is i am not insured with him in assurance because i live in different city and i have only learned permit
i just wanna ask what do i have to do in this situation

you are truely in it deep..if you only had a learners permit to drive you are not insured on his insurance..now for your brother to allow you to drive without supervision or insurance..is against the law.however,if you want to get your brother out of trouble,you must take the rap..say you took the car without his permission..i.e, stole it..he can't be blamed for letting you use the car without insurance, and his insurance,as can the other car owner claim through their insurance for a claim on non insured drivers claim..both their premiums would go up..but they would be free of wrong doing in the eyes of the law..you however would be charged with taking a car without the owners permission..driving whilst uninsured..driving without a trained driver being present..etc..you might get points on your licence and pay a small fine..if its your first offence..good luck..

Whatever parent you are living with there insurance will cover it cause it was your fault
