gotten clean urself better. Or use a treatment. Remember you gotta use wash clothes and don't use the same one over and over. Use a different one everytime.

I had acne pretty bad on my face from 9 years old to 18... No matter what the dermatologist gave me, nothing EVER worked. When I went on birth control it cleared right up in a month.... it was crazy!! It's all about hormones!

As far as body acne is concerned, you have to make sure that you always wear clean clothes (I know I throw on dirty clothes all the time!), shower immediately after working out, and use an acne body wash. If it persists, see a dermatologist. If nothing he gives you works, then it's probably your hormones.

Just make sure you clean it every day with an astringent, and try not to touch them otherwise.
