I have had good luck with Pepto-Bismol

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Pepcid AC chewable or tablets... this product absorbs acid like TOMS does, but it also controls acid production like Prilosec does. It is actually good to take one a half hour to an hour before hand, if you know you are going to be eating something that will make you get a "bad stomach ache."

Medicinal charcoal can be used, for absorbing the toxin. If you feel nauseated, you should vomit, to expel the poisonous substances which are probably causing the belly ache. More home remedies for stomach ache at http://www.aches.in/homeremediesstomachache.html

Drink ginger ale. Ginger helps your stomach.

Take some (1 tablespoon) baking soda and mix it in a glass of tepid water.

Drink it.

It won't taste very good but your stomach should calm down in a few minutes.

You might start getting gas after this. That's a good sign.

Alka-Seltzer is probably the fastest...then maybe Pepto Bismal...if you don't have those, try some cold milk with some saltine crackers. Good Luck!

All you can do is wait . . . and then enjoy what happens after the stomach ache goes away.
