People who are abnormally short can be helped with injections of Human Growth Hormone. But, you don't meet the criteria. You are a healthy (normal) height.
If you are eating a healthy diet (not stunting growth with malnutrition) then you have done your part.
I'm 5'2" also. I've gotten used to it. I have step stools located in several places around my house, and I'm not afraid to ask people in stores to reach things for me. (They are usually very nice about it.) My husband is 10" taller than me, and we find that is no problem at all. (We've been happily married for 21 years.)

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL3Wg , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Hey,
Since you are just 13, You don't even have to worry much, but should take much care! Do excercise daily without any excuses. Do eat well and drink well. From the articles I have researched , Milk, Eggs, Cereals, Calcium, etc.(if you are non-veg, even that can be beneficial). But Foremost is Eat Food and Excercise.
I'll pray that you be taller than you are, But Honestly don't have an inferiority complex. Think "You are the World and That's the Fact!". Best Wishes!!

I have the same problem! Everyone on my volleyball team is like 6'0 and I feel really distressed by it. I've tried stretching lots and eating the right foods, but I have unfortunately decided that it probably won't make me any taller and its just something you have to live with. It's all in the genes, I'm afraid. Sorry!
P.S. Maybe growth spurts will be headed our way :)

How?Your Dad is 5'2or5'4 so you being the daughter most likely will be about that height, then again, it could skip a generation or two and either your child or grand child will receive the short end, either way it is something you need to accept and be proud of! Or what are you going to tell your children? That your "uncomfortable with their height?"

look, don't feel bad about your height. i am in my early 20s and i am 5 feet 1 and a half inches. also, don't let what Hollywood or magazines tell u how u need to look, cuz theses people have a whole team of people after them making sure that they stay nice and fake. and all those beautiful photos u see on magazines are also enhanced by computers to make the pics look skinner, have perfect skin, whiter teeth or bigger lips. be u and if people don't like it tell them to kiss ur butt!!! :)

Chill, chick. I'm 17 and 4'11". And my parents were 4'11" and 5'6", so if I didn't grow, you're not, unless your dad isn't really your dad. And I'm not sorry either. Just be cool with you, and don't worry about it. I'm gonna bet you won't grow anymore, but at least you have a defining characteristic.
