First off ask her what things gave her 'butterflies'. When you get some sort of an idea of what she means then elaborate on those things to make them a little different. For example: If you live together when she gets home before you do, ring the door bell and ask her if she would like to go out on a date like it was your first date. And then take her on a typical first date. You know dinner, movies, maybe ice cream after-wards. Complement her outfit, her eyes, anything you can think of.
Leave little notes around the house for her to find. A note on the fridge, the coffee table, on her car that reads just thinking of you, you are the best in the world, I can;t keep you out of my mind.
Show up at her job and see if she can go out to lunch.
Plan a surprise weekend trip. Clear it with her boss for her to be off on Friday afternoon and then have everything ready to go and show up at her job to whisk her away.
Surprise her with a walk in the park and tell her that you just had a need to be with her.
Those are just a few things that gave me butterflies.

you could do nice things for her be more sweet..kiss her in the neck it kinda gives a girl butterflies when guys do that..but the most important thing is be sweet to her n all that it should work..n if its not that then maybe its not you its her..

i asked my boy if i asked him to marry me would he say yes,and he replied 'of course but i want to propose to you so i can give you a beautiful ring' to which i said 'i don't need a expensive ring' he said 'i know you don't need it but you don't need the world either and i want to give you that'.....soooo gave me butterflies try just being sweet its a big turn on

try to do some of the things you did at the beginning of the relationship to get her, usually in relationships people try their best to impress the person at the beginning of the relationship and then once they have got the person they stop trying to impress the other person or make them feel special anymore as they did before the relationship started...

girls like someone who they feel takes their breath away- calls them beautiful instead of hot, takes there hand not treis to grope them 24-7.......would do anything for them....
kiss her gently, and tell her you love her. let her know you will do anything in ur power for her.
coz for butterflies, its about the gentle touches, glances across the busy room, whispers that tell her shes ur one and only.

always hold her hand, give her unexpected hugs and kisses, look into her eyes tell her u love her! play around with her, tickle her...make her feel loved and safe! im sure that will work

do something extremely flirty, like stare in her eyes randomly, touch her face, come up behind her and hug her, lift her chin and kiss her nose, anything really cute that makes her all nervous and jittery

i'm sorry to tell you this but once a girl looses that feeling it is usually gone for good. but that doesn't mean that she doesn't still love you.

tell her she is beautiful and say ur eyes are like dimonds and ur lips are so sweet and u see her beautiful smile when u close ur eyes
