You don't. Burn your movie to CD using Windows Movie Maker.

You can burn it on to CDs but it will be awfully slow, and CDs only have so many bytes that moving pictures takes a lot of bytes per frame. I suggest burning on to DVDs which you will get better quality pictures and more bytes space to burn onto it with a DVD burner. CDs are more for single pictures and data stuff which does not work very well, except for music. Good luck.

first of all you cannot burn movies into cd u need dvd rom and winow's media player will not let you do that. i use a program called dvd ripper to rip my movies and dvd shrink to burn them .... you can get them for free ...

Windows Movie Maker does that. Windows XP comes with it, so you should have it.
