and how do i not worry about these things..and just be normal. it seems like no one i know goes thru this. ughh

and i get all these weird mood swings where ill be too positive, then jst thinking negative again.

At your age, it's actually normal. It's hormonal. It wouldn't hurt to talk to a professional about it, though. Even if just your family dr. Just to make sure your most extreme thoughts are still within the normal range. Women are complicated. We are very prone to hormonal outbursts. Don't worry about it, you'll be fine, sweety.

Your depressed. At fourteen, it's been said to be common for depression and negative thinking. I myself am fourteen as well, and negative thoughts come to mind because life isn't always fair to you, or your day just kind of sucks. A lot of people go through this, they just don't admit it. The mood swings? Surprise, shock, lots of factors come in there it differs from person to person. Besides, nobody's normal. If you want to think on a balanced level, just sum up your courage and talk to somebody you can trust.

I'll bet you watch a lot of TV! There is plenty of "bad stuff" on there. If you watch it all the time you should not be surprised at your thinking about what you see there. Just change what you put into your perception and I'm sure your thinking will improve.

Try reading a nice romance or other uplifting book. At least watch comedy only on TV.

It's perfectly normal to think that way....I know I did when I was your age. The thing you have to remember, though, is that a LOT of people really love you. Probably a lot more than you think. Also, they would love to talk to you about this, but it may be slightly awkward at first to do it. But give it a try.

I can't remember the verse but there's a scripture in the bible about excessive worry. Maybe you can talk to a good friend or pastor about your feelings. Sometimes it helps just to talk to someone else. They don't have to be going through it to be a compassionate listener. All worrying does is rob you of your happiness.
Take good care of yourself. God bless.
