Did you say ALL NIGHT?
I don't think it's a good idea. If shrimp stays out of the fridge for many hours, iespecially in a hot enviroment, it can get decomposed...bacteria start to develop and you can get seriously sick.
You may start having gastrointestinal upsets, for example, nausea, vomiting, or maybe diarrohea, depending on the kind of the bacteria...and on the gravity of the situation.

Now this answer, along with many, depend of the person. Usually, your stomach can take pretty much anything you throw at it, though some peoples stomachs may be more timid. It also helps if the shrimp is cooked to a certain degree, i had shrimp tempura that was left out all night just last night and i seem to be fine. If it doesn't smell bad, look bad or taste bad it should be fine, if otherwise compost it. Seafood still isn't the best food to leave out all night though, so just have precautions.

No food is OK if left out all night. Even when serving a shrimp platter, make sure you have it on ice.

I wouldn't if it was like 75 degrees. I got other one though what if the package said keep frozen and you left it in the car in this weather 40-70 degrees overnight. So it thawed out but didn't smell bad but this bag has a lil air but not alot of air. And you boiled the **** out of it. Would anyone eat that.

I would highly suggest that you don't eat it. Seafood is not the type of food you want to be eating left out for any long period of time, especially over night.... I say toss it, its not worth the risk.

It depends, if its raw I would be scared to eat it, but if its cooked like fried or scampi if your stomach is strong I think you'll be okay to warm it up and eat it.

uhh ususally if you leave it out you would probably want to throw it away because you always want to put it in the refrigerator.
