I make "hot wings" they are not really too hot. I make them by cutting up pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( you can use wings, but the b/s ckn breasts are the only kind I like. Then I dip them in a milk and egg mixture, then I coat them with a flour, salt, pepper and season all salt mixture. Then I fry those up. Once they are fried you put them in the sauce, which is just franks hot sauce, with some butter and some garlic powder. They are really good! Try it out!

For something differrent, try these.
I make them for parties and they are always a hit. They do not taste like your traditional sweet and sour stuff like in a chinese restaurant.
24 wings, cut in half..tips removed
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup frozen concentrate pineapple juice(USE just concentrate)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
Mix all ing. x-cept wings. marinate wings in baggie or glass dish(covered) for at LEAST 12 hrs. or overnight. I use zip loc bags(2)_ and turn over every couple hrs to mix better.
Spread on foil covered cookie sheet and bake 350 for 1 hr.
DISCARD sauce before baking.
These stick if you don't use foil. I even spray my foil with PAM first.
