Men with money can get sex anywhere, as there will always be a line of gold diggers who will put out for a life of luxury. And when a guy has money, other things start to matter less (looks, intelligence, etc).

Women can probably exert a little more control later in the relationship. But a man with money can quickly replace her. (Two words: prenuptual agreement)
