I'm 13 years old going on 14 and i have a bf. i don't know if i should tell my parents about him or not. I don't know if they will be mad or if they won't care. I just don't want to tell them and then have them not let me go anywhere ever again becuase they don't want me to be with him. wat should i do?

as long as you are living in their house, and providing for you i think you at least owe them to tell them about your boyfriend.

At the age of 13/14 you should NOT have a b/f. You are way to young to understand the true meaning of a relationship. I think you should tell your parents, they would want to know. Besides whats done in the dark comes out in the light. You should be focused on school and slumberparties not a boy.

look, its up to you. if you know your parents will care than i probably wouldn't tell them, but just let them know you have a crush on some guy. if you know they'll care but not get mad, then tell them. my parents hated the fact that i had boyfriends in like 7 and 8 grade. they always told me i was "too young." maybe they were right, but i know that how i handled my relationships with guys and my parents was the right way for me. even though my parents never liked the idea, i always told them about my relationship status. if they argued with me about it i would just be like "look, its not your life. i really like this guy and no matter what you say he will still be my boyfriend. whether you like him and approve or not." that might seem a little drastic, but i think you should do what feels best.

Honestly....I Know How This Goes...i'm 19 so i've been through this....ok....sooner or later there gonna find out....it's really up to you....would you rather tell them now and not get that bad of a punishment or wait and let them find out for theirself...which would make it worse...i found it out the hard way....just do what u think is right...good luck!

If you want you parents to trust you, than you need to give them reason to! You are heading down a path that will only cause problems between you and them, get on the right one before it is too late!!!!

wats goodie me + u da same age i would not tell my parents if i was u if they not stirt i would tell them don't even tell any family member cause they might tell ur parents u know in-case u dont want them 2 know but it depends on da mood they in one day when u come home from school and they in a good mood tell them

you shouldn't have started this relationship in the first place without letting your parents know about it! That was very wrong. You should tell them know, and suffer the consequences.

trust me if you dont tell them and they catch you you are in deep **** cause i told them about 2 new people in my life my 16 year old boyfriend and their new grandchild who waz due in a good 9 months and i waz 13 now im 15

well im 13 too and my dad dont like me 2 have bf"s but i mean i woulod keep it a secret! it rely depends if ur parents r strict! if they r dont tell them. if there laid back u might as well tell them
