I think Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins are 2 of the Smartest men on this planet and its about time someone stood and up started asking questions that people are too afraid to ask. How about instead of worrying about what richard Dawkins or Sam harris is saying, you try to find a way for the Jews and the palestinians to get along...I mean maybe your time would be better spent that way.

I've been reading Sam Harris' The End of Faith and discussing it with an atheist who supports the book. I think most anyone with a bit of philosophy and theology could mount a sufficient rebutal to it.
I have also watched Richard Dawkin's video series The Root of All Evil? which makes the same argument. Dawkins, in my opinion, is less potent than Harris. But he has a British accent which always gives the air of something important.

The video was just plain stupid. It's not about good religion or bad religion, or good science or bad science it's about what it is true. That is a very poor rebuttle.
(On comment under the video which made better rebuttle than video)
This is poor but not as poor.
It is like little kids arguing over whose dad is bigger and one kid says 'My dad is infinity bigger so he wins.'
Humans use logic to understand things, but if god is so great that he can exist outside logic than that must be why logic doesn't agree right?
Ok, well what else can exist outside logic? ANYTHING! Anything can exist outside logic which doesn't exist within it. Like purple monkey's on stilts with mohawks...Polka-dotted pigs with wings in space....
This is just pretty much just admitting god does not exist, but putting in a clever wording to seem to give a reason god does exist becuase of the format, while siding with the side that logic supports, which is god DOESN't exist.
There is nothing like allah, because nothing can't exist while it does exist would be pretty much saying the same thing.

Couldnt get any sound but no, there are no rebuttals. In fact there are many atheists on here who can come up with arguments theists just cant deal with so of course they flee and stick their heads in the sand.
You know where you can shove your prophet (pbuh).

WTF? Good and bad science and religion? No, we are looking for truth. Bad scientific exploits does not make god true. This is the type of false logic that lets religion dig it's claws into the the weak minded.
By the way, I still have not.
