Charleyri has it spot on. The rich residents are not concentrated into any particular area per se. But certain areas are so expensive and exculsive that you've got to be wealthy if you lived there.

the rich and famous usually live near causeway bay or either somewhere up in the mountains so they can have their huge mansions with front and back yards.
