Rich & famous in descending order
Hong Kong Island: The Peak, Repulse Bay, Shouson Hill, Stanley, Jardine's Lookout, Mid-levels, Happy Valley, Mount Davis
Kowloon: King's Park, Beacon Hill, Caldecott Hill, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon Peak
New Territories: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Kau To Shan, Sha Tin Heights
(Hogn Kong is divided into 3 major parts, namely Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, somewhat like New York is divided into 5 boroughs.)

Charleyri has it spot on. The rich residents are not concentrated into any particular area per se. But certain areas are so expensive and exculsive that you've got to be wealthy if you lived there.

the rich and famous usually live near causeway bay or either somewhere up in the mountains so they can have their huge mansions with front and back yards.
