You can string it together on a piece of thread and a needle. This makes a popcorn string and can be used to decorate a Christmas tree. Also it can be hung in a tree for the squirrels and birds to eat.
Or you can flavor it, with taco seasoning, powdered cheese or dry ranch dressing. Just add to a paper sack, flavor it and shake.

Well I've heard of people eating popcorn with melted chocolate, though personally I woudln't eat it, unless it was plain popcorn.
I'm not sure what you could COOK with it, but you could try mixing it some kind of sauce or dipping it in a sauce.
Or going back to that chocolat eidea, get some of that chocoalte topping that hardens really fast. Cover a bit of popcorn with the chocolate and wait for it to go hard - and you've got a chocolate ocvered popcorn!
I thought I'd mention chocolate because everybody always has that in their house :)
With marshmellows, you could melt the marshmellows until in liquid form and then cover the popcorn with it. Marshmellow-flavoured popcorn - yum! I might go make that now ..
Hope that helped!
