Try Sunsilk. They have shampoos for different hair types. There is one for frizzy hair, SPLIT ENDS, dry hair, and flat hair. I have split ends too. Get them cut off. It doesn't have to be alot ...just a little tiny bit. Go on and try it. Toodles

There is nothing you can do to split ends but to cut them off. You can find someone to cut a very small amount of tell them you want a trim to get the ends off, but you don't want it to be noticeable to people. Then you need to use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, leave the conditioner on for 1-3 minutes depending on your hair thickness and texture, this will help keep your hair healthier.

To smoother the ends of your hair so they don't look frazzled add a shine and protection serum that is silicon based.
Like Swartskoft Citr'e shine at the drug store or super market. About $6 and change
This will not get rid of them. More camouflage them and make hair appear healthier
But do re-think the hair cut. You don't need to get off alot. Say about half and inch and if you have layers ask your stylist to 'refresh' your layers.
And i am so sentimental about my long hair. So when i get my hair trimmed i try to do anything to make my hair grow faster. Massaging the scalp for a couple of minutes while in the shower stimulates circulation. Then combing with a wide tooth comb when damp with a leave in conditioner. And ik this sounds crazy but sanding on your head for 5 minutes in all. Take breaks so you don't pass out. lol. Thus sends more blood to the head to stimulate growth make hair grow twice as fast.
But really re think the trim. If split ends get any worse they may break off leaving you with worse ends and in the end may need to get more trimmed in the future.

Do you realize how many hairs are on your head? There is no way that you can only trim the split ends. You do need to get your hair trimmed because it will just keep splitting. And hair looks bad with split ends. Just do it before it gets worse.

The only way to help split ends without cutting your hair is to avoid split ends. For now get a slight trim to fix them, then take someone else's advice and find a hair treatment to avoid them. Good luck and God bless!

You are going to have to cut it sweetie. But really it doesn't have to be a lot. Your hairstylist can cut off just a tiny amount if you tell them too. But after you get them cut off there are shampoos out there that can help prevent split ends. Just go to your local drug store and look at the labels. I'm sure you can find something.

I'm sorry to tell you, but the only way to get rid of split ends is to cut your hair. If you talk to your stylist, he/she will be able to try and cut the minimum off to be able to cure your splits and keep your length
