a friend of mine drank ALOT the other night, (so she says) and she said how much she drank and she said how she didnt get drunk or even feel drunk or get a hang over...if u have drank alot doesnt that still impair you even if you dont feel it?

it depends.
if your talking about BAL (Blood Alchahol Level) people can be legaly drunk and still not feel drunk. people may actualy have a constant BAL higher then 0.00% all the time and be perfectly sober.

Tolerance and Blood Alcohol Concentration have nothing in common. You can feel fine because you're used to the effects of mass quantities of alcohol but you're still drunk. I'd keep an eye on your friend there. Good signal that she's got a little problem brewing.
