There's this girl, its going really well we're both 16 and we both like eachother and we were out on friday with our mutual friends. We were sat together, quite close and our faces were at the most 8 inches apart. I had such a strong urge to just kiss her but we were deep in conversation and there were lots of people were around so i didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable. Is it ok to just lean in and kiss the girl in this situation? Mostly girls answer please.

No because if its your first kiss with this girl, you really don't want it to be in the middle of a conversation with other people around. It doesn't have as much meaning to it as it would if it was just you and your girl.

Clearly you two have different opinions about your ideal relationships. Someone who thinks like this probably thinks cheating isn't that bad, or a big deal. I think you should leave him cause hes weird and doesn't want to be with only you. What if he makes out with some one at a club who has herpes or another std orally and you get infected. Seems like he isn't satisfied with just one girl and personally, I would have a problem with that. Good luck and I'm sure there are a lot of cute guys out there who will enjoy only YOU!!!

I think in the middle of a conversation if you were alone it would be fine. If other's are around you would probably make her unconfortable depending upon how comfortable she is whith whoever is around. My first kiss I would want it to be when we were alone. If you are in a public place so what. You are still alone. Go for it. Take care Heather

The whole KISSING IN FRONT OF PEOPLE scene...makes your girl and the people around you uncomfortable!!

I would go with no. She'd probably appreciate it if you did it privately, because she might think if you did it in front of a bunch of people that you were showing off for them. Also you wouldn't want to ruin it by having people yell "Get a room!!" or something like that.

i am a girl and i say well it can be okay depends on what your talking about and what kind of people are around and how close emotionally you guys. mabey try to give her hints on what your next move { the kiss } will be

kissing her in front of friends may be a tad bit embarassing...
& coming from a girl (me) i would want my partner to wait...

It depends on how long you've known her, if you're going out, and what she thinks of you. If she seems to like you, then I would go ahead. I mean, that's from my viewpoint and she might think differently... But good luck!

i believe that it would be more special to do it on a date... and NOT around a lot of people... your first kiss should be very special.
