It can go either way. It doesn't really matter who kisses first. Sometimes i kiss my boyfriend first and sometimes my boyfriend kisses me first. ^_^

I think the guy generally does, but if a girl wants to kiss first then hey more power to her.

you will knwo you both look at each other with the "look" and then you both move in. If its a kiss on the cheek then the guy should kiss first.

it really doesnt matter, i personally think the guy should be the first to kiss on the lips, but if you want to kiss his cheek or neck or something, go for it!
