phone them or visit them and see if they really exists or phone the Lottery Commission in England and see if they are registered

Valid address, but if you got it via email saying you won, EVEN THOUGH YOU DID NOT ENTER, think about how you could have won. It is called SPAM, a HOAX, FRAUD, etc.
