A guy that I kind of like, asked me who I liked and asked what kind of guy i am looking for, and why I didn't have a BF. He was going out with my friend but he broke up w/ her for a different girl, so I don't think he likes me but why would he ask those questions?

It sounds like he's a bit of a player. He enjoys jumping from conquest to conquest. Apparently, he wants to see if you might be a good potential next conquest. I suggest you pass on him.

He's asking you those questions because he is interested. By asking what kind of a guy you're are into he can find out if he is that guy? He's interested in you? So be aware. It doesn't sound like he's that great if he was just with your friend and now he wants you. Stay away.

Maybe he does like you and he's just trying to see where your head is at before he does anything. He sounds like he is friends with you and he might not want to mess that up.
Either that or he just values your opinion as a friend and maybe is questioning his own wisdom with picking women. Maybe these girls he has dated are not what he expected going in so he's trying to get a females (one he's not dating) perspective.

1. Did he say who that diffrent girl is? (and if he didn't say, then there's a high possabilty it's you he likes)
2. Normaly a guy would only say that to see if you would be into him, this leads fromthe 1st one i said, he wants to make sure if you know what i mean.

I think he's torturing you. You're a female, you're supposed to be the one playing mindgames. You should get on top of the situation. Find ways to confuse him and make him ask people on Yahoo Answers for advice.

He probably knows you like him and wants you to be hung up on him. If he's jumping from girl to girl so easily, you don't want anything to do with him anyway.

sounds like YOU are interested. hmmmmm well it also sounds like he's a bit interested. Maybe you should try to hangout out with this guy and get him more interested.
