I have acne on my back and chest, but it is worse on my back, its not too bad, but it noticable, I was just wondering if i could do anything to help get rid of it or use some products??? thankz

Go to the doctor. Sound like you have more than simple body acne. They usually give you an oral anit-botic that clears it up.
My brother had this problem.
He used Hibacleans-- get it from your pharmacy.
It seemed to help.
He also used zeasorb body body to reduce sweating.
I suggest you go to the doctor.
Also wash 2x's a day with Dial soap. Dry well.
DO NOT SQUEEZE OR PICK AT THIS ACNE.
It WILL MAKE IT WORSE.

dont buy into any projects listen to m im am 15 year old girl and ive never had a pimple ever because all u use is DOVE SOAP and water! wash your back and chest with just that everyday because the other things have chemicalls that cause pimples.

There are certain body wash products specifically for body acne. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I believe proactiv has one kind.

Put proactive (they sell in walgreens, CVS etc.,) on a sponge with long handle and spread it in the places where you have acne. It works wonders.

Have you tried an Oat Meal Bath ? I knew someone once that tried it.Said it helped them & it seemed to give her releaf. Sounds nutty.But how would you know for sure unless u try.

you could get a facial on your back...I know it sounds weird but one of my friends is the same way and she gets facials on her back. Also try cleansing it and toning it.
