It says on the box that you just take them out of the freezer and let them thaw out, no cooking.
If you want to speed up the process, use the oven or the toaster. Microwave will make it mushy.

You don't cook them. You don't eat them. Have you read the ingredients? They are poison. What happened to good ol' fashioned pb and j sandwiches made from peanuts and fruit with sugar?

just let them thaw for 30-50 minutes.
