the red spots are like points and fade when i apply pressure on it..could some one tell me what it is?

I'm not sure what it's called, but I think I've had what you are talking about. It's like the blood pools in small blotches, so it looks like uncooked sausage. It goes pale (or normal) with point pressure. And it's temporary ... comes and goes for no apparent reason.
I told my doctor about mine and she said it wasn't serious.

I have something very similar (noticed about 3 days ago actually). Little subtle red spots, under a layer of skin on my palm only. However, mine are more noticable when I apply pressure. and my hand feels slightly tingly, like the feel you get after your limb falls asleep, but subtle.

The only thing i can find a reference to that is similar is Syphilis, but I havn't been sexually active in over a year, so that is unlikely. Also doesnt appear to be on the surface, just below and faint.

I might mention that it is only one ONE hand. It doesn't feel like an alergic reaction. I came to this post because of this condition. So good luck, your answer may be mine

i dunno what that is but what i do know is that u need to be running to your doctor with that. sounds very abnormal
