ive used act before but i need something better or cooler to enter contacts name address phone email website notes also billing info such as what payments are due etc. clients plans etc.

A CRM package will work but might be overkill, another possibility may be something like Chandler.

Definitely the full-blown Microsoft Outlook program. It's huge and awesome. Calendars, schedules, notes, full contact information with plenty of space for detail and even email. The only thing it won't do is the dishes!

I would use Quickbooks for what your are suggesting. It's a small business software for accounting, inventory and even payroll.

you can used OUTLOOK (it is part of Microsoft Office)

It can do all those functions that you mention and the you can also synch this with your PDA
