I've never changed mine and looked at them, took me a sec to find it, under File, Page Setup?
I have: Top: 1", Left: 1.25", Bottom: 1", Right: 1.25"
The margin bar at the top of the page looks like:
Left side is shaded up to the 3rd long line. Right side is shaded on the number 6 line.
